Refund & Return Policy

All products sold on this website are digital downloads and intangible goods. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once your order is completed and the download link is delivered, you gain immediate access to the content. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws governing digital content.

By purchasing from this store, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a digital product that cannot be returned.

• You lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download has started.

• You understand that all sounds and files are provided “as-is” and are fully functional in standard DAWs and samplers.

To help you make an informed decision, each product page includes a preview button that allows you to listen to audio demos before purchasing. We strongly recommend using this feature to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Exceptions will not be made for reasons such as:

• You changed your mind.

• You were not aware the product was digital.

• You expected different content without reviewing the product description and demo.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g. corrupted or incomplete file), please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the problem and provide a working version of the product. However, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
